WEXIST Inc offers a standard delivery service for orders within the USA
Orders are processed Monday – Friday between 9 and 5, excluding bank holidays. We aim to deliver standard shipping orders within 3-5 busines days after your order is printed, checked my quality and packaged for delivery.

Customers are entitled to a full refund / exchange within 30 days of receipt (minus the original postage charge)
Acceptance of returns outside of this time will be down to our discretion.
If you wish to exchange an item we can currently only offer an exchange for the same style just a different size. If you require a different style you will need to request a refund then make a new purchase.
Please note: Items should be returned unused and in a re-saleable condition with all original tags attached. We have the right to refuse soiled or damaged stock.
You the customer are responsible for shipping costs incurred for refund/exchange of product.
We are not responsible for damages or lost packages.
